Air Canada Suspends Travel to Venezuela

Air Canada has suspended all its flights traveling in and out of Venezuela due to the South American country's unrest, The Huffington Post reports.

Venezuelans have been protesting their country's current living situation, which has caused things to turn very violent. According to The Huffington Post, Air Canada announced in a statement that it can no longer ensure that traveling to Venezuela is safe.

And Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro is not pleased with the news! The Huffington Post reports that he declared that any airline that decides to reduce or suspend flights making their way to and from Venezuela would face severe measures and won't be allowed back into Venezuela while he is in power.

What do you think about Air Canada's decision? Do you think it's the right one?
