A search warrant filed in Connecticut suggests that Aaron Hernandez was in the SUV that shots were fired from, resulting in the death of two men in Boston in 2012.

According to Fox News Latino, the warrant does not state who pulled the trigger or what the motive behind this action may have been. Filed in Bristol Superior Court in December, this search warrant sought surveillance camera recordings which suggest Hernandez was driving the vehicle that night in Boston.

In June 2013, police found the SUV from this 2012 shooting at the home of Hernandez's uncle. No charges have been filed for this case.

An attorney for the former New England Patriots player was reached out to on Wednesday for comment, but has yet to respond, Fox News Latino reports.
