From Friday, April 4, to Sunday, April 6, foodies will be flocking to the island to take part in Saborea Puerto Rico.

Saborea Puerto Rico was created to celebrate the Caribbean traditions and worldwide flavors that can be found all around the island of Puerto Rico. The event will bring together celebrities and master chefs for a weekend of activities including demo kitchens, wine seminars, and a Tasting Pavilion. Chefs of note include Ingrid Hoffmann, host of Food Network’s Simply Delicioso and Wilo Benet who spent time at Le Bernardin here in NYC before heading back to PR and opening Pikayo, a world-class restaurant that has received ravishing reviews internationally.

Kicking off Friday with a visit to a local coffee plantation and Plaza del Mercado where fresh local ingredients will be available, the festivities will continue Saturday and Sunday at Isla Verde Beach. Created especially for apassionados, if food and wine is your thing then you definitely don't want to miss the best culinary event in the Caribbean.
