1. According to officials in Indiana, Vice President Mike Pence used a private AOL email account to conduct business during his time as the governor of Indiana. He reportedly used the account to communicate with advisers on homeland security issues and security at the gates of the governor's mansion.

Reports state that at one point, the account was hacked and used to send fraudulent emails attempting to get money from his contacts. Despite the controversial nature of this, however, Indiana law states that public officials are allowed to use personal email accounts for business relations. A law firm is currently investigating Pence's prior communication through the account. (NPR)

2. Adele cancelled her Austrailia concert on Tuesday after her 4-year-old son got hit in the eye by firework debris. She'll continue her tour on Saturday. (E! News)

3. Both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump will be portrayed in the upcoming new season of American Horror Story. The season's plot, premiering this fall, begins on election night. (E! News)
