“God, I’m fat. I need to go on a diet.”
Children, especially girls, are constantly bombarded with messages about how they should look. Don’t contribute to the problem and potentially set off a lifetime of problems with negative body image. Talk about a healthy eating plan, but stay away from the word “diet.” Always stress the value of being healthy rather than being thin.

In 2007, a study conducted by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) showed as many as half of child passengers ages four to seven were not properly restrained, either using seat belts before they were ready (35%), or not restrained at all!

Mexican heartthrob Gael García Bernal and his Argentian girlfriend Dolores Fonsi are expecting a baby boy, director Fernando Mereilles revealed during the premiere of his film Blindness (which stars Gael) at the Toronto Film Festival.
Gael followed up Fernando's slip by informing reporters that he felt "happiness" when he first got the news that he was going to be a father. "Everyone's reaction is the same. I'm glad like every father. I feel all right. Everything's good. Life is good."

Just months after giving birth to her daughter Honor Marie Warren, Jessica Alba has already caught another bout of baby fever.
