For Jennifer Lopez, being a single mom is a huge balancing act.
According to People en Español, the Puerto Rican superstar recently shed some light into what it’s like to raise her 3-year-old fraternal twins Max and Emme. During an interview this past weekend in Pasadena, California, the 42-year-old singer/actress spoke about her little ones. “They [Max and Emme] are so little and beautiful. It’s like juggling, just like any other single mom,” Lopez said. “You have to balance everything and make sure that they are fine.”
Though the singer has been romantically linked to several men since she and estranged husband Marc Anthony split last summer, there’s little doubt that J.Lo’s kids remain her top priority. Last fall, the Boricua dodged questions from Entertainment Tonight about her relationship status. As a mom, and having children, right now they’re my first priority,” she said. “And because of them, I wouldn’t ever comment on anything until I’m in a serious relationship again.” Lopez and 43-year-old Anthony split in July 2011 after seven years of marriage.
Back to Max and Emme – Lopez said her kids are happy. “My children are the most important part of my life,” she said.
