Undocumented Immigrants' Population Growth, Map Proves Not Just in Border States

An infographic project by George Washington University has shed some light on the flow of undocumented immigrants coming into the United States – and the fact that the issue is not just limited to a cluster of states.

According to Huffington Post Latino Voices, Face the Facts USA released an infographic that shows that other states are seeing rapid growth in their population of undocumented immigrants. California, Texas and Florida reportedly have the largest concentration of immigrants who are here illegally.

In Georgia, the undocumented population grew by a whopping 95 percent from 2000 to 2011, and in North Carolina, the same group’s population grew by a lesser percentage, but still great: 53 percent.
