Talia Joy’s Family Asking for Donations to Charity

“Talia helped Bring Hope Home for children with cancer in Central Florida by raising $125,000 to be used for purchasing a home for BASE Camp Children's Cancer Foundation,” a statement reads on the nonprofit’s website. “BASE Camp will finally have a full-time permanent office and meeting place for BASE Campers.”

What incredible work Castellano did while she was alive.

BASE Camp reportedly plans on dedicating a makeup room in the teen’s honor.

In an interview with the TODAY Show, Castellano’s father Marc Winthrop spoke about his daughter’s legacy.

“She said she wanted to make her mark,” he said, “she wanted to leave her mark, and she did that.”

Many people have marveled at the honorary CoverGirl’s talent, including her mother Desiree and reality TV star Diem Brown, who penned an ode to the teen in her exclusive People.com blog.

“I became immersed in Talia's story after viewing one of her YouTube make-up tutorials. Talia's dream was to become a famed make-up artist and, man, did she have the talent!” Brown wrote. “I'm honestly smiling as I write this, because in her honor I'm sporting ruby-red lips following her lip-lining technique ... I think she would be proud at my attempt.”
