Looks like someone has a lot of explaining to do.
On Monday night, Ted Cruz's Twitter account was caught liking a sexually explicit video. Yup, that's right! The Texas senator, who once tried to criminalize the sale of dildos and other sex toys, was apparently up late last night watching porn on Twitter. The clip shared by a porn account called “Sexuall Posts” shows a woman walking into a house while a young couple is caught having sex on the couch.
While Cruz has yet to comment on the incident, his communications director, Catherine Frazier, did suggest Cruz's account was hacked. "The offensive tweet posted on @tedcruz account earlier has been removed by staff and reported to Twitter," Frazier responded at 2:16 A.M.
After the incident, the Twitter porn account added, “Follow for the Same Porn @TedCruz Watches,” to it's bio and even tweeted “Thanks for watching ted!” on the tread.
While it's still unclear whether the Senator liked the video himself, the Internet has been having a field day trolling the senator.
Thank you. @tedcruz
