Obamacare Spanish-Language Website Delayed Until Mid-October

Starting October 1st, the U.S. population will be given the option to enroll in the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare. This opportunity is also open to an estimated 10 million Latinos, according to Fox News Latino.

Of these 10 million, 4 million only speak Spanish, and will be unable to access a website they understand in time for the launch of Obamacare.

Presently, those interested in participating can look to Healthcare.gov to handle online enrollments, but Obamacare's Spanish-language website, will not be made available until October 21st or a short time after.

"Typically, when the federal government puts forward an enormous program like this, as a community we have had to wait often years to get to the point where all the services are available in Spanish," declared a White House official. "In this case we are talking about days or weeks, not even months -- a big difference."
