1. Maxine Waters takes no prisoners. The CA representative clapped back at Bill O'Reilly after he mocked her hair, calling it a "James Brown wig." “I didn’t hear a word [Waters] said,” O'Reilly joked after the House convention. "I was looking at the James Brown wig. If we have a picture of James, it’s the same wig.” Waters was hardly shaken, explaining that she is not intimidated by the Fox host, nor is she afraid of anyone that tries to undermine her authority.
