- Panamanian professional pitcher Mariano Rivera made a couple of questionable comments at yesterday's press conference for the beginning of spring training. He mentioned making a decision, but deciding to remain elusive about it for now, “I just don’t want to tell you. I know now. I will let you guys know when I think I should tell you.” The 42-year-old Yankees player has been with the New York team for over ten years and recently underwent vocal cord surgery. Fans have been suspicious about whether Rivera will retire his catcher's mitt. What do you think? (Being Latino)

- Dominican Red Sox player Manny Ramirez is still on bench duty after an evaluation revealed he was taking performance enhancement drugs. He will still take part in spring training, but he will participate as a 'non-roster invitee.' Do you think he should have been penalized? (Fox News Latino)

- Spanish baller Pau Gasol is still waiting to hear whether his trade will be confirmed, but the rumors are upsetting fellow team player Kobe Bryant. "It's just tough for a player to give his all when you don't know if you're going to be here tomorrow. I'd rather them not trade him at all," said Bryant. It's nice to know someone is on Gasol's side! (Fan IQ)
