The late Jenni Rivera is keeping her fortune in the family. According to ABC News, La Diva de la Banda's sister Rosie, 31, was left in charge of her finances worth an estimated $25 million. In a note the "Besos y Copas" singer left before her death, Jenni granted her younger sister control over Jenni Enterprises and ongoing business deals, including album sales.
In addition, Rosie was given guardianship over her children Jenicka Priscilla López Rivera, 15, and Johnny López Rivera, 11 since her three other children, "Chiquis" Marín Rivera, Jacqueline Marín Rivera and Michael Marín Rivera are over 18 years of age.
"Jenni always had advisers who helped her to work and to make things right," said her brother Pedro Rivera Jr. "She prepared a letter about a month and a half ago, and Rosie has that letter."
During Jenni's public funeral, Rosie expressed, “Sister, I know that you are with God. We shall meet again.” Jenni was laid to rest on December 31 at All Souls Cemetery and Mortuary in Long Beach, California.
