Hispanic Man Sought in Shooting at White House

The Secret Service has found a bullet that smashed a glass window at the White House before being stopped by special anti-ballistic glass shielding the building's interior, WRC-TV reported late Tuesday night.

US Park Police spokesman Sgt. David Schlosser said Sunday officers had obtained an arrest warrant for 21-year-old Oscar Ramiro Ortega, on a felony charge of carrying a dangerous weapon, in connection with the incident.

Ortega, who is believed to have ties to Idaho, is thought to have remained in the Washington, D.C. area following Friday's drama.

US President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama were in California at the time of the shooting then traveled to Hawaii for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum.
