UPDATE: Abducted Georgia Girl Found!

In what at first appeared to be solely a home robbery, sadly, turned into much more.

A 14-year-old Georgia girl, named Ayvani Hope Perez, was kidnapped after two masked gunmen invaded her home and were told there was no money or jewelry, Fox News Latino reports.

The armed men pried open a back door at around 2:15 a.m. on Tuesday. Perez's mother attempted to hide her and her 15-year-old brother, but was unsuccessful. Police said the men abducted the 14-year-old girl without any explanation.

Family members are now trying to raise $10,000 for ransom, in hopes that it will get their daughter back.

The FBI and Georgia Bureau of Investigation are currently aiding Clayton County police in their search for Perez. "This is the time for the Clayton community and the community as a whole to come together," Clayton County Police Chief Gregory Porter told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

UPDATE: Fox News reports that Ayvani Hope Perez has been found! She is in "good health" and is currently being evaluated at a hospital 20 miles east of Atlanta.
