A 20-year-old Brazilian woman is putting her virginity up for sale and the winner will get an added bonus: they'll join the mile-high club as well. Yep, the deed will be done on a plane, reports the Huffington Post.
Catarina Migliorini has put her first-time up for bids, and so far bidding has reached $160,000. The auction ends October 15. The winner will be checked for STDs, will have to wear a condom and will have sex on a private flight from Australia to the United States. She told the Sao Paulo daily Folha that that way, they avoid prostitution laws.
"For me, it's not prostitution," she told the paper. "When someone does something once in his or her life, this is not considered a profession. If you take a picture and it comes out good, you are not a photographer because of it."
The Daily Mail has reported that her auction is part of an Australian film project called "Virgins Wanted." She's receiving $20,000 and a 90-percent cut of the auction price. The documentary also features a male virgin named Alex Stepanov. His bidding price has reached $1,300 thus far.
Migliorini says she will donate a portion of her money to charity and that afterwards, she plans to study medicine in Argentina. The actual act won't be filmed as part of the project -- the documentary only covers her life before and after. "This is not porn," she said. "Otherwise I would die of shame."
