Aaron Hernandez Granted Delay in Florida Lawsuit Until Murder Charge Resolved

A Connecticut man's civil lawsuit, which states that he was shot by Aaron Hernandez in February while down in Florida, has been delayed.

Alexander Bradley, 30, claims Hernandez shot him in the face after they argued at a strip club and he is seeking at least $100,000 in damages.

According to Fox News Latino, a judge granted Hernandez's lawyers request to hold the lawsuit in Florida until the murder charge against him in Massachusetts is resolved.

The former NFL tight end's legal team said it would be unfair to allow the lawsuit to continue as he works on defending himself in the murder case of Odin Lloyd, for which he has pleaded not guilty.
