2 More Called to Testify in Aaron Hernandez Case

Two more men were subpoenaed by a Boston grand jury to testify in its investigation surrounding former NFL tight end Aaron Hernandez and his possible involvement in an unsolved double homicide in Boston last year.

According to CNN, Alexander Bradley and John Alcorn Jr. were called upon to testify in court on Thursday and answer questions about the fatal drive-by shooting which occurred outside a Boston nightclub in July 2012.

Bradley, 30, who filed a civil suit against Hernandez, failed to appear in court and the judge has now issued a warrant for his arrest. Bradley's attorney told CNN that his client was unaware of the subpoena. In July, the 30-year-old testified in front of the grand jury which indicted Hernandez in the murder case of Odin Lloyd.

Last week, Hernandez pleaded not guilty to the Lloyd murder charge and weapons counts.
