Sonia Sotomayor Tops Angelina Jolie on Forbes’s List of Power Women

Forbes Magazine released their list of the World’s 100 Most Powerful Women, and Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor comes in at number 19—ahead of Angelina Jolie (#21), Madonna (#29) and fellow female Justices Elena Kagan (#25) and Ruth Bader Ginsburg (#31). The 56-year-old boricua marked her first year in office this past August.
Other influential mujeres that made the cut include Spanish bank Chair Ana Patricia Botin (#38), Argentinean President Cristina Fernandez (#68), super model Gisele Bundchen (#72), Costa Rican president Laura Chinchilla (#83), and Brazilian presidential candidate Dilma Rousseff (#95).
