California Classmates of Mexican Boy Launch Campaign For His Return to U.S.

The classmates of a 9-year-old Mexican boy who, along with his family, was denied re-entry to the United States earlier this year have launched a campaign urging the U.S. government to let him come back.

The students of Rodrigo Guzman’s fourth grade class at Jefferson Elementary School in Berkeley, Calif. say that their friend belongs in the United States, not in a country that he left when he was younger than 2 years old.

Jose Canseco Cleared in Rape Charges

A woman killed her boyfriend with her heels. According to Fox News Latino, 44-year-old Ana Lilia Trujillo caused her victim multiple wounds after stabbing him in the head with her stiletto heels. She now faces murder charges.

Florida Senator Marco Rubio seems to have made many of his constituents very unhappy. On Thursday afternoon, a group of about 40 Miami residents staged a sit-in at Sen. Rubio's office to protest against proposed changes to the bipartisan immigration reform bill in the Senate.
