Poll: Can Good Looks Help You Get a Job?

A recent magazine study found that 72% of hiring managers in the United States admitted that how physically attractive a person is influences their decision to hire them. Latina's Editorial Director, Galina Espinoza, was on the Today show this morning discussing this new study and the double standard that often exists for women. She cited a story Latina.com did last month on Debrahlee Lorenzana, a Latina who claimed she was fired from her job at Citigroup for, basically, being too sexy. (Are there times when being attractive can actually work against you?)
