Next, we have Dominican cutie Robinson Cano. The All Star second baseman for the New York Yankees has had a breakout year and literally carried the team to their first game win against the Detroit Tigers.

Jhonny Peralta is the breakout superstar of the Detroit Tigers. On July 30, 2010, Peralta hit a home run in his first plate appearance as a Tiger and he also made his first All Star appearance, replacing Derek Jeter for the first time in years at the shortstop position.
