Maybe Perez Hilton found this news so shocking because, like us, he is Latino and this sort of thing usually doesn’t sit well with our familias. It seems that when Christina Aguilera recently flew to Rhode Island to meet new man Matt Rutler’s parents, she refused to stay at their house, opting for a very fancy suite at the Hyatt instead. Which meant that Matt stayed with her.
At first we thought, ugh, so rude, how could she force Matt to dis his parents like that? But then we thought, good for her! We wish we didn’t have to stay with our crazy mother-in-law and her collection of cat-themed everything. So what do you think?

Yes, absolutely. Matt belongs in his mother’s house and she is no better than anyone.
