Ever since Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart were first spotted out together, the press has a had a field day talking about the rumored couple, whose ages are 42 and 24. But yesterday, Jennifer's rumored boyfriend took to Twitter to explain that, when it comes to love, age is just a number. "Age, status, n opinions of others are irrelevant," wrote Smart. "Our hearts are endless and our souls infinite." 

Smart continued: "Ages are mere reminders of the hours logged on this earth and the precious time remaining," said Smart, who's 18 years younger than Lopez. He ended his tweets by saying: "Close your ears and open your hearts; Love and be happy," (the tweet was re-tweeted by Lopez).

Lopez and Smart were reportedly together this past weekend at an after-party for Sunday’s American Music Awards and J.Lo also planted a kiss on the Los-Angeles based dancer, according to reports. La Lopez has remained tightlipped about the rumors though; when asked about it by Ryan Seacrest, the superstar laughed. “What are you talking about? No, I'm a busy girl,” she said. “I don't have time for all that.”
