10 Healthy Foods That'll Kick Your Sex Drive Into High Gear

We know how it is. You love your significant other, but time passes, libidos decrease, and you're no longer that hot-and-heavy couple of the past. Whether it's work, having kids or one of the many stressors in life that decrease our sex drive, we know what you really want: to get back to it! 

While we're always fans of getting out of a sex rut by donning some sexy lingerie, getting kinkier in the bedroom or any other method--there's also something you can do to increase your libido, too, by eating foods that will naturally improve your sex drive. Here are some healthy foods make you want it more, more, more!

1. Avocado

Originally called Ahuacuatl by the Aztecs (a.k.a. the "testicle tree"), they are actually dense in carotenoids, fiber, potassium, vitamins B6 and E, which are said to heighten arousal and increase the intensity of orgasm. Eat up!
