But more than the huge amount of cash he's able to generate, we love this director's commitment to casting and featuring Latinos in every aspect of his filmmaking. From Desperado (which introduced Salma Hayek to the American audience) to Machete, he's always gone out of his way to highlight the talent of our diverse community. Rodriguez is also an excellent father to his five children with ex-wife and business partner Elizabeth Avellan. A great dad who always represents and supports his heritage? ¡Que sexy!
