Mario Lopez brought his player ways to an end the second that his beautiful baby girl Gia was born with longtime girlfriend Courtney Mazza. Gia came into the world on September 12, 2010 ad is the first child for both Mario and Mazza. Lopez is such a proud papa and boasts about his baby skills. “I’m the go-to guy for diaper changing,” he shared. “I’ve gotten pretty good at it!”
