The actress, mom and entrepreneur may lead a healthy lifestyle now, but it was only after her struggle with an eating disorder and an exercise addiction. She told Glamour magazine, “A lot of girls have an eating disorder, and I did too. I got obsessed with it. When I went from a girl’s body to a woman’s body with natural fat in places, I freaked out. It makes you feel weird, like you’re not ready for that body.” Dropping to 100 pounds, Alba became obsessed with exercise, working out three hours a day every day. Hitting bottom, she finally acknowledged she had a problem and sought help. We’re glad she did!
