Can you tell us about your daily responsibilities as an Executive Vice President for Disney?
I spend most of my days in meetings. We have Disney Media+ organizations around the world, and I work a lot with them; on sharing practices, looking at are their global opportunities, taking advantage of projects we’ve done in other international markets, and actually seeing if they apply here.
You've worked your way up in this industry. Do you have any job interview tips?
I think at the end of the day when you go in for an interview, you have to be excited about the prospect of that job. You have to be more than anything honest about what you love, what you’re good at and what you don’t know. I think it’s really important to know what you don’t know and be honest about it. Also, show your personality because at the end of the day, I think it’s all about people. People really connect with people more than with a resume. People are what make the company and if people fit within an organization and if teams fit together, I think that’s the most compelling reason to bring somebody in.
