We've all heard about how much Eva Longoria Parker loves to cook for her man Tony. Given the overwhelming success of her restaurant Beso, we figured there might be some truth to the TV star's claims that she kills it in the kitchen. When we asked her to share her favorite recipe with us, the Mexicana kindly obliged by giving us her no-fail secret for perfect guacamole. Check out the recipe below and get your party started off right with this delicious dip. Buen Provecho!
Eva’s Guacamole Recipe
8 large ripe avocados
2 large tomatoes (diced)
1 large yellow onion (diced)
1 bunch of cilantro (chopped)
3 small Serrano peppers
Salt and Lemon to taste*
*Eva mentioned that she likes to use a LOT of lemon and salt, so don't skimp on the last ingredients!

'It would be one bunch of cilantro chopped. A bushel of cilantro would be equivalant to like 40+ pounds of cilantro. That's a LOT of cilantro so your best bet is to use only one bunch.' lovemyjoe, September 8, 2008 - 12:59am
'Is that a bushel or a bunch of cilantro?' lcclower, September 6, 2008 - 4:48pm
