Paulina Rubio is back! After fighting depression over the traumatic loss of her father back in January and weathering rumors of turmoil in her marriage to Nicolás Vallejo Nájera, Paulina Rubio is a new woman. She's clearly rejuvenated by the time she took off to care for her baby boy, Andrea Nicolás. Oh and did we mention how amazing she looks? She's back in great shape after working hard to to lose the baby weight through rigorous workouts and healthier living.
La Chica Dorada is feeling so good she just had to share her tips with her nearly 2 million(!) Twitter fans. Want to know her secrets? Here they are:

1) Drink lots of water all day.

2) Eat fruits, veggies and salads regularly.

3) Go easy on the salt.

4) Try swapping sugar for pure substitutes, such as agave and honey.

5) If you're going to eat carbohydrates, make it them whole grains, the good kind.

"And if you feel the need to eat a hamburger, eat it on toasted whole wheat bread, or you could substitute the bread altogether for lettuce!" the singer tweeted.

If you follow her recommendations, will you look just like Paulina? Maybe not, but you will be well on your way to a healthier diet!
