Is cycling growing in popularity Puerto Rico?

Cars don’t really respect cyclists here. Lots of people die on the road for this reason. I’ve thought about getting involved in raising bike safety awareness in my community. It’s challenging at the moment, since Steven, my fiancé, is unemployed. Sadly, he lost his job while I was in France last summer. So I’m the breadwinner right now, which is hard. Until we emerge from our tough financial situation, I can’t do much in that regard yet. But I do hope that people will hear my story, and know that they too can rise above all the negative and accomplish great things.
