Former reporter and host for Today and MSNBC, Susan Campos is known for tracking trends and getting the inside scoop on all things Hollywood. Salma Hayek’s hourglass figure caught the attention of many when she first burst onto the scene back in the nineties. Years later, the Oscar nominated actress still has one of the hottest bodies in Hollywood. “Salma looks gorgeous these days,” says Campos. When it comes to fitness, the Mexican beauty keeps it simple with core work and stretching, “She keeps her body up with pilates.” Hayek is also known to follow the Paleta diet – an organic diet delivery service in Los Angeles – and even used this system to drop her baby weight.
In addition to being named the world’s most powerful celebrity, Miss Lopez has one powerful body! When the Puerto Rican superstar is not shaking her famous booty on American Idol, she is most likely getting her groove on somewhere else: “She is known to do a lot of dance cardio like zumba,” Campos said. Lopez is also known for following a “clean” diet of fruits, veggies, whole grains, and lots of water. Maybe that’s the key to her J-Lo glow?
Hayek’s BFF Penelope Cruz hates to diet, and we can’t help but love that about her! “Penelope loves to eat fried food, bread, all types of junk food,” Campos said. When it comes to exercise Cruz is not a big fan of the gym, “She loves to do outdoor fitness like walking, swimming, playing football. She likes fitness to be fun.”

The Cuban actress maintains her super-athletic figure with daily workouts consisting of cardio, weights, and abdominal work. Diaz was recently spotted at Equinox in West Hollywood, and her hot bod caused quite the stir, “All the other gym rats couldn’t believe what great shape she was in!”
The Colombian beauty is known for her jaw-dropping curves, and while genetics play a part in her perfect bod, she definitely has a few tricks up her sleeve: “She hates to work out, so she likes to make it fun,” says Campos. For exercise, Vergara does latin dancing and as well as physique 57, a fast paced circuit training class. When the Modern Family actress is looking to drop a few pounds, she turns to freshology, a 2-week diet delivery service. Regardless, Sofia always finds a way to indulge herself every day. “She loves to eat cake!”
Having two kids hasn’t stopped Jessica Alba from staying in great shape. The self-proclaimed health nut is constantly spotted shopping at Whole Foods Markets all over Los Angeles. Her key to weight loss is a portion-controlled diet. “She keeps an eye on her carb intake, but treats herself every now and then,” says Campos. The Mexican actress also works out regularly with a personal trainer because she doesn’t like to exercise alone.
