Suspect Confesses to Killing Guest Ingrid Rivera at Lil' Kim's Birthday Party

A birthday celebration turned tragic this week when Ingrid Rivera, a 24-year-old guest at rapper Lil' Kim's birthday party at New York nightclub Spotlight Live on Sunday night, was found dead at the club. Her body was discovered in a utility closet on Wednesday by maintenence workers.

J. Lo Dodges Deposition Against Diddy

It's been years since her break up with hip-hop mogul Diddy, but Jennifer Lopez has been unable to shake those skeletons from her closet, mostly due to court dates.

The 1999 nightclub shooting where both Diddy and J. Lo were present sent rapper Shyne to prison and left Diddy facing a $120 million lawsuit by Natania Reuben, who was shot in the face. Though J. Lo was not called as a witness in the criminal trial and acquitted of any involvement, she was served with deposition papers for the suit in June.

In Barcelona, the capital city of the Spanish region of Cataluña, rest and relaxation are taken seriously. From the moment I stepped out of the Metro, I noticed it. People, young and old, dozing off on park benches, couples sharing kisses and whispers as they took a leisurely stroll, children laughing as they chased pigeons through the plaza, young professionals at an outdoor table having a drink together at 3 o’clock in the afternoon.

DARA TORRES, Swimmer, 50 & 100 Meter Freestyle

Dara Torres was born April 15, 1967. She has won nine Olympic medals, including four golds. She set the record for the 50 meter freestyle when she was 15 years old and has broken it two more times since then, most recently at this years Olympic trial. At age 41, she's the oldest Olympic swimming medalist in history and she's also the only swimmer to medal in five different Olympics! "I'm proving that you can be 41 and that you can follow your dreams and that age is just a number." Random Fact: Dara was the first athlete to appear in the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue in 1994. She won 3 silver medals in Beijing in the 4x100m free relay, the 4x100 medley relay, and the individual 50m free.
