Who Won Big at the ALMA Awards? (Warning: Spoilers!)

Dozens of Hollywood's biggest celebrities—Latino and otherwise—stepped out on the red carpet for the ALMA awards last night. Host/producer Eva Longoria Parker dazzled in an array of gowns, but her best accessory was definitely her husband Tony Parker.

Other stars that attended the event include Jessica Alba, Ugly Betty's America Ferrera and Ana Ortiz, Disney stars Ashley Tisdale, Zac Efron and Selena Gomez, comedy duo Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong, American Idol's Paula Abdul and Ryan Seacrest, hitmaker will.i.am, Charlie Sheen, and even a rare appearance by Shakira!

Even though everyone looked like a million bucks at the event, only a few lucky ones took home awards. Ugly Betty was by far the biggest winner of the night, taking home awards for Best Latino Ensemble in a Television Series, Best Director of a Television Series, and Entertainer of the Year for América Ferrera.

Surprisingly, América didn't take home the award for Best Actress in a Television Series (Comedy)—that honor went to Judy Reyes for her work on Scrubs. It's probably a good thing since it gave America a chance to rest her feet and her voice between her frequent trips on stage.

The ALMA Awards even brought Shakira out of hiding to accept her award for Humanitarian of the Year.
