Latino Celebrities Remember Etta James

There is a silence in the music world today because of the loss of the legendary R&B/Soul singer Etta James. She died at the age of 73 due to complications with leukemia in Riverside, CA. This woman was responsible for sharing the gift of her voice with millions. Her classic songs “I’d Rather Go Blind,” “Fool That I Am,” and her signature hit “At Last” have been mainstays since the 1950s. Her timeless voice resonated with people of all colors, and continues to do so. Several Latino celebrities took to Twitter to pay homage to the singer and the beautiful legacy she left behind.
