Wear belly-flattening clothes
You can work the right outfit to your advantage and pull off several miracles. The key is the right fabric. Don’t wear clothes that are clingy such as lycra, and lightweight knits. Choose more of a rayon blend or cotton collection that will hang on your body comfortably.
Wear a patterned top with a solid dark bottom such as blue jeans or black jeans. This trick will slim down your lower half.
If wearing a dark color, wear a wide belt in order to pull your waist in because this separates the hips and bust.
Try wearing a wrap dress or a shift dress. A wrap dress crates an amazing waist line and the shoft dress draws attention from your midsection and the focus is more on your legs or arms.
No carbonated drinks!
Do you realize that the bubbles in a carbonated drink will create gas and make your mid section stick out more? Yea, drinking a carbonated drink may taste good, but it isn’t good for you. Try drinking 8 glasses of water in order to stay hydrated and take a shot of youthH2O daily. youthH2O will boost your metabolism so you can fight weight gain.
Stay Far away from gassy foods!
Gassy foods will also cause bloating and make you feel heavier. This means, no chewing gum, salt, beans, dairy products and sugar alcohols. Break down your meals in smaller portions to five times a day instead of three times a day. Eat non-gassy foods such as fish, white meat fish and white meat turkey.
I bet you didn’t know that if you stand tall you will look at least 6 pounds slimmer? Pull that belly to your spine and stand straight up! If you have posture problems, a pilates class will help you get over that and do the trick for you!
Yep! I said it! GO POTTY! The more fiber that you have in your diet, the more regular you will be which will reduce bloating. :)
