If you’re in the process of trying to lose your belly fat and have a major event, a first date, or even a vacation and want to “appear” slimmer than what you are, I have a few instant fixes that I would like to share with you. 

It is possible to flatten your belly and look slimmer without exercise. Now, this is only a temporary fix and I do recommend you continue on your course to losing your belly fat. Below are my 5 ways:

Wear belly-flattening clothes 

You can work the right outfit to your advantage and pull off several miracles. The key is the right fabric.  Don’t wear clothes that are clingy such as lycra, and lightweight knits. Choose more of a rayon blend or cotton collection that will hang on your body comfortably.

Wear a patterned top with a solid dark bottom such as blue jeans or black jeans. This trick will slim down your lower half.

If wearing a dark color, wear a wide belt in order to pull your waist in because this separates the hips and bust.

Try wearing a wrap dress or a shift dress. A wrap dress crates an amazing waist line and the shoft dress draws attention from your midsection and the focus is more on your legs or arms.
