I love working out when it doesn’t feel like I’m working out. Do any of you feel this way? To me, the best kind of workout is one that doesn't feel like you're exercising at all. Thank goodness that summer is here and there are so many activities that you can do in order to get your body moving and burn those unwanted calories without feeling like you are in the gym. So, lets skip the gym this week while still shedding calories and having some fun!

This is an incredible total-body workout and I would recommend this to everyone! My daughter and I have the best time on the beach playing volleyball. And, for those of you who aren’t near a beach, regular volleyball in the park always works too. The most important thing is staying active!
Ride your Bike
Riding a bike will tone up your arms and legs. We could all use a little toning right? I know I do!
Oh Lord to be a kid again! The advantage to in-line skating is that it’s actually not expensive. Purchase your inexpensive skates and make certain that your skate path is entertaining so you will be motivated to keep skating! This exercise burns a lot of calories in a very short amount of time. Don’t forget to wear your safety gear!
Now this is something my daughter Shaniece LOVES! It doesn’t matter the level or type of yoga, just as long as you enjoy what you are doing. After I finish my yoga routine with Sha, I feel more focused and energized. It helps with stress, keeps you flexible and improves your posture.
