It’s less than a month until Memorial Day, the unofficial start of summer. That means the return of barbecues, white capris, and, yes, bikini season. If you indulged in a few too many comforting meals during this horribly brutal winter, don’t fear! We’ve got a few easy tips to get you back on track and your body bikini-ready before you know it.
Pack your mornings with protein. A protein rich breakfast will not only give you energy, but will also keep you full until lunchtime without snacking. Eggs are a great, low-fat, high-protein breakfast option. We prefer Eggland’s Best because they have 25% less saturated fat and more Vitamin E, D, and B12, plus double the omega-3 fatty acids, compared to ordinary eggs. And if your mornings are usually rushed, try hard or soft boiling some eggs (Soft boiled: 6 minutes in the pot after water has boiled; Hard boiled: 10 in the pot after water has boiled).
