In case you didn’t know (and I definitely didn’t), tonight is a pretty big boxing match. Mexican boxer Robert Guerrero is taking on Floyd Mayweather, Jr., in what is sure to be an epic showdown in Las Vegas.
Although Guerrero was named “Fighter of the Year” in 2012, “Money” Mayweather’s is still considered the best pound for pound fighter. He’s a five-division world champion who has never been defeated. I repeat: he is currently undefeated, aka he’s really good at kicking ass.

Ah, Cinco de Mayo. A day of fun, food, and plenty of margaritas. This year, as you plan your fiesta, don't skimp on the snacks. Mexico has a rich and delicious cultural heritage that spans the gamut from small savory bites to indulgent sweets. So, while you're mixing up a pitcher of your favorite margarita, spend some time in the kitchen loading up on savory skirt steak tacos, fresh from the ocean ceviche tostadas, smoky chicken flautas, and plenty of warm tortillas to serve alongside with chunky, rich fresh guacamole and spicy salsas.

Chefs are sexy. Period. Just take a moment and watch them work. There's an art to mastering the nuances of a kitchen, and when chefs prep their services, sharpen their knives, dress their tables, pair their wines, and dish their plates, we can't help but swoon. When we finally taste the fruit of their labors, we admit; we get a little hot under the collar. Throw in some Latin spice, and we're completely over the moon.

The most important meal that I eat is after my workout! Your muscles are literally starving for nutrition post work out! So, the meal you eat after is very important for building muscle and replenishing your energy. And the meal you eat at this time is the most important for building muscle and replenishing energy sources.
Exercise depletes your amino acids, which are the building blocks of protein and it’s important to have chicken (I don’t eat meat, only fish), fish or eggs after a workout.

Once upon a time, 420 (4:20 or 4/20) held special meaning for a select group of marijuana smoking insiders who were in on the toking. These days, however, with 18 states from Arizona to New Jersey, plus the District of Columbia, having legalized the use of medical marijuana, the definition of 420 is cult no more. Tomorrow, on April 20th (aka 4/20), there will be plenty of legit celebrations taking place from Atlantic to Pacific shores.

Word on the streets says that McDonald’s has a new menu item wrapped up – literally. According to Ad Age, the mega fast food chain is rolling out a product called the McWrap, which to us looks a lot like a burrito. The new snack is filled with chicken and cheese, wrapped tightly in a tortilla. Come on, Ronald McDonald… really?
