On Thursday, a group that boasts of successfully hacking Sony and the CIA web page in recent months, claimed to have hacked into the computer files of an Arizona law enforcement agency.
The Lulz Security hacking collective said on its web site that it was releasing "hundreds of private intelligence bulletins, training manuals, personal email correspondence, names, phone numbers, addresses and passwords belonging to Arizona law enforcement."

Amigas, with Spring just around the corner (believe it or not!) we're going to be sharing healthy alternatives to Latin staples we love all month! We'll start with pollo asado.
Pollo asado is great because the citrus marinade starts the cooking process, allowing you to minimize cooking in oil. When you make the asado, use chicken breast and serve with brown rice to make it extra healthy!
