'Swine & Wine' Chefs Michelle Bernstein, Ingrid Hoffman & More Show You the Art of Roasting a Pig! (VIDEO)

Each year, South Beach Wine & Food Festival takes over the sandy beaches of Miami for almost a week's worth of eating & drinking under sunny skies. One of the signature events, Goya Foods' Swine & Wine, tends to attract some of the largest names in Latin cuisine, from host Michelle Bernstein and Ingrid Hoffmann to Jose Mendin - and for good reason!

This year, chefs were given a pig to roast and prepare outside the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables. Most Latin chefs chose to utilize the classic Cuban metal meat roaster La Caja China in a friendly competition that redefined the word swine!

Among some of the classic (& not so classic) dishes prepared: Michelle Bernstein's Whole Lechon Asado with Vietnamese Noodle Salad and Pork Dashi, Seamus Mullen's Whole Suckling Pig Tacos, Salsa Verde & Pickled Vegetables and Ingrid Hoffmann's Tequila-Chipotle Pulled Pork Buns with Fennel-Tomatillo Curtido, Avocadolicious Sauce & Toasted Coriander Seeds. But our favorite of the night? Real Housewives of Miami star (& chef!) Ana Quincoces with her Rum Guava Glazed Pork Sliders with Green Mango Slaw.

Latina was on the scene (and stuffing our faces!) at Swine & Wine with Entertaining Expert Martin Amado to catch up with all the chefs, find out what they were cooking and learn some tips & tricks of preparing pork. Watch the video above, then tell us your favorite way to prepare pork in the comments!
