This friendly restaurant dubbed partly after the infamous cruise ship predictably has a nautical theme going for it. Titanic is located in the Ironbound section of Newark, a culturally rich district known for their large Portuguese community. It’s not the trendiest spot, but it’s the perfect place to dine if you’re with a large group with a healthy appetite.

There are many delicious selections here, from appetizers like the garlic shrimp and mussels in red sauce, to the staple of Portuguese (and many other Latino) cuisine: Bacalao (Codfish). Almost anything you order here will be generous in size and economical in price, so don't be too shy to take a doggy bag home.
