All things in Tribeca's Industria Argentina come directly from Argentina, as a showcase of both Argentinean cooking and products. The kitchen always uses seasonal ingredients from all regions of the country, conserving its culinary traditions. Chef Natalia Machado’s elaborate menu is an expression of her Argentinean heritage, and can be enjoyed accompanied with some of Argentina’s most delightful Malbecs. Weekly Specials are offered Wednesdays and Thursdays only. Enjoy a taste of Patagonia with IA's 21 day old roasted Suckling Pig.

The Wine Cellar is also available for private parties. A hand-crafted “hacienda” table seating up to 30 people, leather chairs, and décor from Argentina's North-West provinces create an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. It is a perfect setting for parties or events.

About this author1

Mariela Rosario,

I'm a raging opinionista and I love to share my ramblings on everything from pop culture to food to stuff that makes me laugh & cry! I've worked in all types of media (TV, film, print) and was previously the online editor at Latina magazine before joining Mamás Latinas. On most nights you can find me working my way through my library of cookbooks or playing with my puppy Lola (my only child so far). I have a wonderful hubby who shares my passion for any and all kinds of travel. Together, we've formed a semi-professional wine drinking team.
