Obessed with brunch? We are too - especially when delicious Mexican favorite Huevos Rancheros are involved! This recipe is currently on the brunch menu at EATS in NYC, and we are totally loving it. But instead of going out for brunch this weekend, why not make your own Huevos Rancheros at home? Your family will be thanking you for the whole week to come! Here's how to duplicate this irresistible dish in your own casa.

There are so many National Food Holidays that sometimes it's hard to keep track. Don't worry, though, because we've got you covered! Today (Febraury 27th) is National Kahlúa Day!
With roots in Veracruz, Mexico, Kahlúa is a spirit filled with rich culture and blended traditions. A blend of pure sugar cane and 100% Arabica coffee, it pairs perfectly with both hot and cold cocktails. You know what that means: we've got a delicously creamy and boozy recipe for you to try! We're going iced coffe. But not just plain 'ole iced coffee: the is-it-5-o'clock-yet Kahlúa Café Con Leche Iced!

With the Academy Awards airing this Sunday, we know you'll need your snacks ready-to-eat from the start of red carpet coverage (what will they wear?!) until the closing commentary (will Alfonso Cuarón really take home the gold for Gravity?).
While you watch, we've got a super simple entertaining tip for you: break away from the traditional soda and popcorn combo! Instead, we're obsessed with Wholly Guacamole's 7 Layers of Greatness dip. That's right, we're telling you to jazz up your evening by having you and your guests munch on a DIY appetizer that will be as much fun to make (and eat) as seeing who will trip on their words (or their heels) during this year's Oscars. The best part? It's served in individual cups, so you can easily keep the double-dippers away! Perfecto!

If you've ever celebrated a holiday just for the sake of, well, celebrating, today's your day. It's National Tortilla Chip Day, and we can't think of anything else we'd rather celebrate than the crunchy companion that goes so perfectly with our guacamole, salsas, dips, and below that cheesy beef-and-jalapeno nacho recipe we just can't seem to resist (Salsa verde & sour cream on the side, please). Any way you decide to eat it is great, but we think this recipe with refreshing ceviche is a sure hit.

Today isn't only Super Bowl Sunday, but it's also Dia de la Candelaria. This special holiday is a Mexican Celebration that's actually a fusion of Catholic influences and native Mexican tradition. Today we celebrate with friends and family, filling our lives (and bellies) with tamales as we devote to the Niño Dios (Baby Jesus)!
This increcible recipe, featuring coffee-infused carnitas, comes to us from Chef George Duran and IMUSA. Using the IMUSA pressure cooker (available on Target.com, $54), making irressisible carnitas has never been easier. The recipe from the author of Take This Dish and Twist It is, in our humble opinion, the best way to spend a Sunday afternoon filled with love and laughter, family and friends and, of course, plenty of tamale-filled bellies.
