Abuelita
There is nothing like warming up with a nice hot cup of chocolate. Abuelita, also known as Mexican hot chocolate, has been a favorite in Hispanic households for a long time. One sip of this delicious drink and you will feel like a child again!
What You’ll Need:
3.3 oz tablet of Abuelita chocolate
2-1/2 cups milk
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Begin by bringing the milk to a simmer in a large saucepan. Next, break the chocolate tablets into pieces and stir until the chocolate is melted. Then, add the cinnamon and sugar. Last, use a whisk to beat the chocolate to a froth and enjoy!
