1 1/2 oz Tequila Don Julio Reposado
1/2 oz Sangrita
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz Agave Nectar
3 Slices Fresh Jalapeños
Slice of Fresh Jalapeño for Garnish
Combine Tequila Don Julio Reposado, sangrita, fresh lime juice, agave nectar and fresh jalapeños in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Double strain into a Collins glass. Garnish with a slice of fresh jalapeño.

Nothing reminds us more of the holidays than cider. Not in the mood to make your own cocktail? You can head to NYC hotspot, Hudson Lodge, to try this delicious holiday drink.
4 oz apple cider
1 oz Plymouth Sloe Gin
1/2 cup white sugar
5 allspice berries
1 stick cinnamon.
Prepare Apple: Cut top off apple and take out core. Combine all ingredients into a pot over medium heat. When sugar has dissolved, strain. Pour ingredients into hollowed apple. Garnish with sprig of mint.
TY KU Ginger Snap
Trying to stick to your diet this holiday season? This TY KU mix is low-calorie and exactly what you're looking for! Ditch gingerbread cookies for this tasty concoction instead.
1.5 oz. TY KU Sake Silver
2 oz. Ginger Ale
.5 oz. Gin
Mix ingedients, add gingerbread Cookie Rim, and garnish with Cinnamon Stick.
This great cocktail comes from Kahlua's brilliant mixologists! If you’re looking for a minty drink for the holidays, this is the one to choose. You’ll love the hint of orange featured here mixed with tequila to kick up the sabor.
1.5 parts Olmeca Altos Reposado Tequila
.75 part Cynar
.5 part Kahlua
Pinch of Sea Salt
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass and garnish with an orange zest and a mint sprig.
Black Grape Margaritas
If you're not using Grapes From California for your margaritas, you don't know what you've been missing! Try this more nutrient-enriched verision of the classic beachside beverage, because who ever said margaritas were just for summer?
1 cup California black table grapes
2 shots (3 ounces) tequila
2 shots (3 ounces) sweet and sour mix
2 cups ice
Lime slices for garnish
Place all ingredients into the bowl of a good blender and puree until blended and slushy, about 2 minutes. Serve in margarita glasses and garnish with a lime slice.

1.5 ounces Zacapa Rum 23
.75 ounce Fresh Lime Juice
.5 ounce Cinnamon Bark

Rim martini glass with sugar. Combine Zacapa Rum 23, fresh lime juice and cinnamon bark into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain contents into rimmed glass.

This drink captures the classic taste of SVEDKA Vodka, mixed with a creamy banana blend and delicious caramel. It's like a dessert that gets better with each sip.
1 part SVEDKA Vodka
1/2 part banana liqueur
1 part heavy cream
1/4 part Black Velvet Toasted Caramel
Muddled banana chunks
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice, shake and fine strain into a martini glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg and a skewer of banana chunks and salted caramel pieces.

Everyone will go crazy when they see one of these! This a a Latin twist on tradtiional eggnog using crisp SKYY Vodka to give it that smooth taste.
2 oz. SKYY Vodka
4 oz. Abuelita Hot Chocolate (prepared and cooled)
1/2 oz. Espresso
1/4 oz. Agave Syrup
1 Sage Leaf
1 Red Jalapeno
1 Green Jalapeno
White Chocolate for Garnish
Score the red and green jalapeno peppers. Muddle all ingredients together in a shaker and shake vigorously. Double strain into a white chocolate rimmed rocks glass. Garnish with red and green chilies.
Spicy Sage Margarita
Avión's blend of spicy Elderflower liquer takes this marg to the next level. This drink is sure to be a hit at your next party.
2 oz. Avión Silver
3/4 oz. Jalapeño-Infused Elderflower Liqueur
1/2 oz. Orange Juice
1/4 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
3 Sage Leaves
1 Sage Leaf and Salt for garnish
Directions: Cut and place jalapeno pepper (without seeds) into Elderflower Liquer bottle overnight & let marinate. When preparing the cocktail, muddle sage in a shaker. Add all ingredients. Shake. Double strain. Pour over ice in salt-rimmed glass. Garnish with sage leaf.

Highlighting its intense and fruity character, Hennesey V.S. has come up with an instant classic for this holiday season!
2.5 oz Hennessy V.S
.25 oz maple syrup
1 dash Fee Brothers black walnut bitters
1 dash angostura bitters
Garnish: 1 star anise
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir with ice until chilled. Strain into an old fashioned glass without ice and garnish with a star anise.
Kick old holiday traditions and start a new one with this Caribbean twist on egg nog! This recipe comes to us from the Hyatt Regency Aruba.
1 tsp. fresh nutmeg
1 ½ cups plus 2 tbs white Bacardi Rum
3 eggs and 3 egg yolks
1 tin condensed milk (about 1 ½ cups)
1 small tin evaporated milk (about 2/3 cup)
1 tsp. vanilla
Grate fresh nutmeg into 2 tbs. white Bacardi Rum and set aside. Beat eggs and yolks until light and frothy. Add condensed milk, an equal amount of Bacardi rum (about 1 ½ cups) and evaporated milk and whisk until combined. Strain rum and nutmeg mixture into egg and milk mixture to ensure nutmeg grains do not find their way into finished product. Add vanilla.
Pour mixture into the top of a double boiler and cook over gently boiling water, stirring constantly, until the liquid thickens (about 15 minutes). Set aside to cool. Funnel into a decorative bottle and refrigerate indefinitely.
This recipe is perfect for someone who is short on time! It's a tasty, traditional recipe using Avión that you can whip up quickly before your guests arrive.
2 parts Avión Silver or Reposado
1 part Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 part Agave Nectar
Combine ingredients in shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Fine strain over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
It's not the holidays without a little coquito! This Puerto Rican recipe comes from La Concha Resort in San Juan. They've captured all the flavors of the island in just one recipe.
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 15-ounce cans cream of coconut
1 15-ounce can of evaporated milk
2 14-ounce cans condensed milk
1/2 cup of rum
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon coconut (or vanilla) extract
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Refrigerate for about an hour before serving. Serve cold.
Salted Caramel Holiday Pie
1 1/2 parts EFFEN® Salted Caramel Vodka
3/4 part Pumpkin and Apple Puree (Half Pumpkin Pie Filling and Half Apple Sauce)
1/4 part Cinnamon Simple Syrup
1/4 Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 Egg White
Garnish: Cinnamon Stick
Garnish: Ground Cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and cinnamon over the frothy top.
Optional: Use a round edge to create an apple shape over the froth.

2 oz Dill Infused Vikingfjord Vodka
.75 oz Lillet Blanc
3 Dashes Elixir de Chartreuse

2 ounces The Balvenie DoubleWood, Aged 12 Years
1 bar spoon cherry heering
2 bar spoons orgeat
1 bar spoon fresh lime juice
Orange peel, for garnish Cinnamon sugar, for garnish
Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice and stir well. Strain the drink into a chilled, stemmed cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange peel and a pinch of cinnamon sugar.
El Diablo’s Fire
Hennessy V.S. is back with a hot one! This is definitely one of the more creative ways to get into the holiday spirit and your guests will love it.
1.5 oz Hennessy V.S.
.75 oz Crème de cassis
.5 oz fresh lime juice
½ tsp of Chipotle powder
Pinch of salt
Splash ginger beer or ginger ale
Directions: Combine all ingredients except the ginger beer in a shaker tin with ice. Shake until chilled and serve over ice; add splash of ginger beer and garnish with a blackberry.
This delicious recipe featuring Johnnie Walker Black Label was created by award winning mixologist Ryan Chetiyawardana, who has been named UK bartender of the year twice!
11/2 oz Johnnie Walker Black Label
1 sliced strawberry
2 dashes orange bitters
4 cups coconut water
3 oz simple syrup
Combine coconut water and simple syrup in a soda siphon and charge twice. Build Johnnie Walker Black Label, strawberries and orange bitters over cubed ice in a high ball glass. Top with coconut soda and stir briefly, allowing the layers in the Scotch whisky to unfold over time, showing off the complexity of the blend.

2 parts Mama Walkers Blueberry Pancake
10 mint leaves
1 part simple syrup
1/2 cut of lime cut into wedges
Muddle mint, blueberries, lime, and simple syrup in a shaker. Add Mama Walker’s Blueberry Pancake with ice and shake. Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice. Top with club soda, garnish with blueberries on skewer.
