To hull a strawberry, use the tip of a paring knife to dig around the base of the leaves in order to remove the hard white core inside the strawberry and the leaves all in one motion.
1 pint strawberries, hulled
4 kiwifruit, peeled and halved
4 tbsp. sugar
1 container (6 oz.) strawberry yogurt
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1 cup crushed ice
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
