DESCRIPTION:
This smoky, sweet heat is perfect with grilled meats and vegetables. This recipe makes 1 1/4 cups.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. molasses
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce, finely minced
1 tbsp. adobo sauce from can
1 1/2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke flavoring
PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir until blended. Unless using immediately, cover and refrigerate.
